Ingredients
2Porter Road NY Strips
2tbspsChipotle Garlic Rub
2tbspsUnsalted Butter
Instructions
Create a medium size fire using natural lump charcoal or wood. Allow it burn down until you are left with white hot coals.
Season the outside of the Porter Road NY Strips with the Chipotle Garlic Rub. Place steaks onto white hot coals and cook for 3-4 minutes per side. Brush off any excess charcoal.
Pull steaks off coals and place on cutting board to rest for 8 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of butter on top of steaks while resting and let melt. Slice the steaks (bonus points if its with a Boothill Blade) and enjoy!
