NY Strip steaks cooked right on the coals with my Chipotle Garlic Rub and butter.
Create a medium size fire using natural lump charcoal or wood. Allow it burn down until you are left with white hot coals.
Pull steaks off coals and place on cutting board to rest for 8 minutes. Add 1 tbsp of butter on top of steaks while resting and let melt. Slice the steaks (bonus points if its with a Boothill Blade) and enjoy!
