Ingredients
Salmon:
  • 1 Whole Side of Salmon
  • Pico de Gallo for garnish
  • 1 tbsp of Canola Oil
Seasoning:
  • 2 tsp of Kosher Salt
  • 1.5 tsp of Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp of Ground Cumin
  • 1 tsp of Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp of Smoked Paprika
  • 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Powder
Avocado Crema:
  • 1 Whole Avocado
  • 1/4 cup of Mexican Creama or Sour Cream
  • 1/8 cup of Water
  • 1 tbsp of Cilantro
  • 4 Garlic Cloves
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 1 Serrano
Instructions
  1. Lather your salmon, on both sides, with oil. Mix together your seasoning and thoroughly season the salmon all over. Set in the fridge until ready to cook.
  2. In a blender, add the ingredients for the Avocado Crema. Blend until completely smooth. Add a little bit of water if you want it more smooth. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. Preheat your grill to a medium temperature (around 325-350F). Make sure your grill grate or leaning basket are oiled well!
  4. Add your salmon to the grill and cook for about 5-6 minutes per side. Once the salmon hits 135F, pull it off and let it rest for 2-3 minutes.
  5. Garnish the salmon with the Avocado Crema, Pico de Gallo and enjoy!
