Both a sweet and savory version of my coal roasted bread recipe.

  • 1 packet fresh pizza dough or homemade
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/3 cup roma tomatoes cut in quarters
  • 1/3 cup red onion cut in quarters
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  1. Prep fire until in a bed of coals (1-2 hours)
  2. Kneed dough until in desired shape
  3. Place bread on bed of coals until charred on one side (1-2 minutes)
  4. Flip and roast until charred (1-2 minutes)
  5. Pull off coals and place on a platter
  6. Place toppings onto bread!
Recipe Notes

For the sweet recipe, use blueberries, strawberries and nutella for toppings.
