Pre-Preparation

Before you start grilling the shrimp, prep the Jalapeño Ranch dip for the shrimp by blending all the ingredients.  Let sit in the fridge until ready to use. This can be made and stored up to 3 days ahead.

Step 1

Season the Shrimp

In a food-safe bowl, lather the shrimp with canola oil.  Then season them generously with the Nashville Hot spice mix.  Be bold. Use lots.

Step 2

Prep the Grill

Prep the grill for direct cooking at high temperature (around 400F).  Add your grill grate or basket over the coals for 2 to 3 minutes before cooking to preheat.

Step 3

Grill the Shirmp

Working quickly, add the shrimp to the grill over the fire to cook for 1.5 minutes per side or until they are no longer translucent. Remove the shrimp from heat and transfer to a bowl.  Drizzle into the bowl the melted butter, honey, and more Nashville Hot Seasoning.

Step 4

Serve

Toss the shrimp until they are evenly coated. Garnish with scallions and Jalapeño Ranch   Serve & enjoy!
