Prep the Grill
Set up your grill for a 3 zone fire, so that the skewers will sit between the heat sources for minimal flair-ups. Skewer the sausages onto long two prong skewers designed for grilling. Keep the sweet sausages and spicy sausages separated or mix them, if desired!
Allow the sausages to cook, moving as needed to avoid flair-ups. Using a 3-zone fire will help minimize this and grill the meat evenly.
Flip the sausages when almost completely cooked to an internal temp of 165F.
Pile on the Toppings
Make the 'pizza' by adding the marinara, cheese and pepperoni over one rack of sausages and the Alfredo, cheese, bacon bits over the other!
Garnish the pepperoni sausages with basil and the Alfredo sausages with buffalo sauce.
