Easy Pineapple Salsa Recipe
To make pineapple salsa, you'll need 2 cups of fresh pineapple, diced, 1/2 red onion, finely chopped, 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced, 1 red bell pepper, diced, 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped, and the juice of 1 lime. Combine all these ingredients in a mixing bowl, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Gently toss everything together until well combined. Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap.
