Topping Ingredients:

pecans
chopped

rolled oats

Vanilla ice cream
with serving
Instructions
In a skillet, add 4 tbsp butter and let melt until beginning to brown. In a bowl, add remaining fruit ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Add fruit ingredients to skillet and cook for 8 minutes.
In another bowl, add all topping ingredients. Pull skillet off of fire, add toppings and let sit for 2 extra minutes.
Serve with ice cream and enjoy!
