Preheat your smoker to 275F for indirect cooking. Add some wood chips or wood chunks for additional smoke flavor if you like.
Prep the Cream Cheese
Score the cream cheese and lather it in canola oil and Nashville Hot Chicken Seasoning.
Smoke the Cream Cheese
Smoke the cream cheese until soft, about one and a half hours.
Add the Hot Chicken
Add the sliced hot chicken to the smoked cream cheese to reheat. Cover with diced pickles.
Garnish and Serve
